Please take a moment to read the following information, as it answers the most commonly asked questions regarding our work:

Super Coffee Bros. We customize Gamecube controllers for the Smash community (to see some examples of our work, check out the "Gallery" link below).

Product Offerings. Due to the increasing scarcity of new, affordable first-party Gamecube controllers, we will only be customizing shells or customer provided controllers ("send-in service") for the time being. Here is an example of what a shell-only order consists of. Note that it does not come with buttons, cord, or internal electronics - these will need to be supplied from your current controller. Changing out your shell is a very simple process, as demonstrated in this video. We supply all necessary screwdrivers with your order.

[New!] Send-in Service. If you opt to send your controller in to be customized, please complete the design process and send your controller to the address listed in your confirmation email. Please do not send a controller that has been previously customized or has a non original finish. If you have any special circumstances or concerns about your particular controller please send us an email beforehand.

Quality. Our customizations use the highest-quality finishes available, ensuring years of protection under normal use. We use only first-party Nintendo controller parts. We stand behind our products and will do what it takes to make sure you're satisfied.

Pricing. A customized shell or customized send-in controller is currently 65 USD.

Shipping. We are based in the U.S. and offer free 2 - 3 day domestic shipping. We upcharge 18 USD for shipping to Canada, and 27 USD for all other international destinations. Please allow up to 6-10 days for international deliveries.

Payment. We don't collect any money upfront. Only after we have brought your order to completion and you are satisfied with the final product will we send you a payment link. We use Paypal for all transactions. They accept all major credit and debit cards and you do not have to have an established account prior to checking out.

Turnaround. We generally aim to take a design from order placement to shipment-ready in 1-2 weeks and we ship the following business day after receiving payment. However, this is not guaranteed, and if you need a controller by a specific date (such as for use at a large tournament or if you intend to give it as a gift) please contact us through email and we can talk about whether or not we can feasibly meet your timeline.
